Chef Dining Series.

The Chef Dining Series is a highlight of Restaurant Month - an event series that foodies look forward to the most.

 

Every year, we invite one guest chef from across the globe to join forces with some of our most well-loved restaurants. Together, they offer an exclusive taste of their cuisine to avid foodies, giving rise to the Chef Dining Series moniker "A Taste of ...". 

 

Not confined to a particular style or format, the Chef Dining Series is open to the visiting chef's interpretation - one that celebrates their cooking career, philosophy and cuisine at it's best.

 

Complementing the exclusive menu for the event are fine wines and beverages are expertly matched by our highly - acclaimed wine partners.
