Chef Dining Series.

The Chef Dining Series is a highlight of Restaurant Month - an event series that foodies look forward to the most.


Every year since 2012, we have invited top chefs from across the globe to join forces with some of our most well-loved restaurants. Together, they offer an exclusive taste of their cuisine to avid foodies, giving rise to the Chef Dining Series moniker "A Taste of ...". 

Not confined to a particular style or format, the Chef Dining Series is open to the visiting chef's interpretation - one that celebrates their cooking career, philosophy and cuisine at it's best.

Complementing the exclusive menu for the event are fine wines and beverages expertly matched by our highly - acclaimed wine partners.    

LWe have worked with a very lon list of local chefs in the creation of these events too of course!
