Held on the eve of New Zealand’s first Matariki public holiday, the purpose of this event run in conjunction with Kauta Ltd, is to showcase the rich depth of flavour and manaakitanga (hospitality) of Aotearoa as well as the skills of our leading Maori chefs.

Dine with Marco Pierre White
We brought legendary British chef Marco Pierre White (the youngest chef to receive 3 Michelin Stars at the time) to Auckland. 400 guests were treated to a collaborative meal with chefs Josh Emett & Gareth Stewart. A lot of story telling, selfies & book signing!
