TOHUNGA TŪMAU
Held on the eve of New Zealand’s first Matariki public holiday, the purpose of this event run in conjunction with Kauta Ltd, is to showcase the rich depth of flavour and manaakitanga (hospitality) of Aotearoa as well as the skills of our leading Maori chefs.
As well as our leading culinary talent serving up a five-course menu, the evening will feature fine wines, musicians, and masters of ceremonies Miriama & Ward Kamo.
RESTAURANT MONTH
Food lovers rejoice – this is your chance to broaden your culinary horizon and excite your palate during August at some of Auckland’s central city best establishments with Auckland Restaurant Month in the Heart of the City.
Lemongrass Productions are the appointed event managers by Auckland CBD Business Association, Heart of the City, to deliver this highly-popular signature dining event, stimulating large spending activity for the city centre establishments.
TASTING SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Utilising industry and media contacts, Lemongrass Productions managed the project locally over a six month period, coordinating and promoting a VIP lunch, an afternoon industry showcase, event production and stakeholder engagement.
Over 30 premium wine, food and drink producers from South Australia arrived in Auckland for this showcase. This was a South Australian government initiative led by Department of Trade & Investment and supported by Austrade.
