On 9 - 10 May 2026 at the NZICC, Lemongrass Productions is back with the event that offers all the best travel experiences in one place. Our goal is to reshape the way Kiwis connect with global travel partners.
Held annually around Matariki (the Māori New Year), the kaupapa of this event run in conjunction with Kauta Ltd, is to showcase the rich depth of flavour and manaakitanga (hospitality) of Aotearoa as well as the skills of our leading Maori chefs.
